Production Time

Standard production is 5–7 business days from the moment you approve your design proof. Rush options may be available — contact us before ordering if you’re on a deadline.

Shipping Options

• International Shipping — 15–20 business days; shipping cost calculated at checkout
• Delay Notice: Orders may be delayed by 3–7 business days during Chinese statutory holidays and customs holidays in Europe and the US, which are not included in the standard delivery timeframe.
• Delivery to your door(DDP): Surcharges may apply for remote areas, and redelivery may incur separate fees, subject to the local courier company’s regulations.

Free Shipping

Orders with a subtotal of $499 or more ship free via Standard Ground within the contiguous United States (48 states + DC). Oversized freight items and international destinations are excluded.

Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves our facility. You can also reply to that email any time for a status update.

Shipping FAQs

Can I ship to a PO Box?

Standard USPS shipments to PO Boxes are fine for small items. Larger flags and banners require a physical address.

What if my package is delayed?

Weather and carrier delays happen. If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 3 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Do you ship to events or multiple addresses?

Yes — split shipments are available. Contact us after placing your order and we’ll arrange it.
