What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces for feather flags, rectangle flags and banners, and 100 pieces for table & car flags. This lets us offer true wholesale pricing that single-piece print shops can’t match.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 5–7 business days after you approve your design proof. Rush production is often available — contact us before ordering if you’re on a tight deadline.
Why is my flag slightly different in size from what I ordered?
Dye-sublimation printing requires high-temperature heat treatment, which can cause the fabric to shrink or stretch slightly during production. All finished flags are produced within ±2% of the ordered size (approx. ±2 cm / 1 inch on standard sizes). This is an industry-standard tolerance and does not affect the flag’s display or usage. If your project requires an exact size, please leave a note when ordering or contact us to confirm production details in advance.
The color of my flag doesn’t match my design / what I saw on screen. Why?
Colors can differ due to three factors: (1) monitor calibration — every screen displays colors differently; (2) fabric texture and ink absorption — printed colors naturally appear slightly different on polyester than on screen; (3) batch variation — colors may vary slightly between production runs. For this reason, digital prints may show a color difference of up to 10–15% from the original design, which is normal in the printing industry.
How do volume discounts work?
Discounts are applied automatically in your cart: 100+ pieces = 10% off, 500+ = 18% off, 1,000+ = 25% off, 2,000+ = 30% off. No code needed.
What file formats do you accept?
AI, PDF, EPS, PSD, PNG and JPG. Vector files (AI/PDF/EPS) produce the sharpest prints. If you only have a logo or a rough idea, send it over — our design team will lay it out for free.
Will I see a proof before you print?
Always. We send a free digital proof within 24 hours of your order. Nothing goes into production until you approve it.
Can I get my flag double-sided?
Yes. Double-sided flags use a blockout layer between two printed layers so the reverse side reads correctly. Select the double-sided option on the product page.
How is my order shipped?
We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx with tracking. Free standard shipping on orders over $499 within the contiguous United States.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Can I reorder a previous design?
Absolutely. Contact us with your previous order number and we’ll re-run it — usually with the same volume discount you received last time.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your order arrives damaged, defective or doesn’t match your approved proof, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll reprint or refund — our choice, no hassle.
Do you offer design services?
Yes — free basic layout with any order. Send us your logo, text and colors, and our team will design the flag for you before you commit to printing.
