Our Fabrics
100gsm Knit Polyester — Standard
Our go-to fabric for feather, rectangle and teardrop flags. Lightweight enough to fly in a light breeze, durable enough for months of outdoor display. Single-sided printing with 90% reverse-image show-through on the back.
250gsm Heavy Knit Polyester — Premium
A denser weave for double-sided flags with a blockout layer between prints. The reverse side reads correctly (not mirrored), and the extra weight adds durability for long-term or high-wind installations.
13oz Vinyl — Banners
Scratch-resistant, waterproof and UV-stable. Matte finish reduces glare for photography and indoor events. Available with mesh options for windy locations.
Printing & Finishing
- Dye-sublimation printing — ink bonds into the fiber, so it won’t crack, peel or fade like surface printing.
- UV-resistant inks — rated for extended outdoor exposure without significant fading.
- Reinforced stitching — double-stitched hems on all flags, pole pockets sized to spec.
- Brass grommets on banners — spaced every 2 feet on standard installations.
5-Point Quality Check
Every order is inspected for: 1) color accuracy against your approved proof, 2) print resolution, 3) seam and hem strength, 4) pole pocket sizing, 5) final visual check. Anything that doesn’t pass doesn’t ship.
Tolerance & Quality Note
All custom flags are produced to industry-standard tolerances:
- Size tolerance: Finished products using dye-sublimation are produced within ±2% of the ordered size (approx. ±2 cm / 1 inch on standard sizes)
- Color tolerance: Due to monitor display, fabric texture, and ink absorption, the finished product may show a slight color variation of up to 10–15% from the original design. Colors may also vary slightly between production batches.
- Double-sided printing: Minor alignment deviation between the front and back print is normal and within acceptable range.
- Quantity tolerance: Orders may be shipped with a ±5% quantity variance; you will be charged for the actual quantity delivered.
- Stitching: Small imperfections in seams or hemming are considered normal for mass production.
If an item is defective or falls outside the above tolerances, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos for replacement or refund.
